INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp 2 chamomile flower heads (dried or fresh)

  • 2 cups 2 water (filtered or distilled)

  • 2 tsp 2 agave nectar of any honey of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the water either in a stovetop pot or in a kettle to a boil.
  • Once the water is boiling, turn the heat off.
  • Add the chamomile flower heads and allow them to steep for 4-5 minutes.
  • Strain the tea from the pot to a cup using a tea or coffee strainer.
  • Add honey and stir.
