2 Tbsp 2 dried lavender flowers
2 cups 2 water (filtered or distilled)
2 tsp 2 agave nectar or any honey of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the water either in a stovetop pot or in a kettle to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, turn the heat off.
- Add the dried lavender flowers and allow them to steep for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain the tea from the pot to a cup using a tea or coffee strainer.
- Add honey and stir.
