INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup 1 raw hazelnut

  • 4 cups 4 water (filtered or distilled)

  • 2 2 dates (pitted)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Soak the hazelnuts in a bowl with 4 cups of water and cover them with a
    towel for 8 hours or overnight in room temperature water.
  • After 8 hours or overnight, drain your hazelnuts and rinse them thoroughly.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Using a nut milk bag, cheese cloth or fine mesh sieve, squeeze and strain
    your mixture to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Pour your milk into a jar or bottle. You can store it in your fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Remember to shake well before use, as it can separate if left alone over
    time.
