Oat Milk Benefits

Oat Milk Recipe

Oat milk is a plant based milk that is good for the heart and lowers cholesterol levels. It has vitamins D, B12 and calcium.  It also tastes amazing! You can drink it immediately after making it or you can store it in your refrigerator and drink a nice glass of cold milk.

If you are lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy or other plant based milk, oat milk is a good alternative option. Make your own homemade oat milk to reap all the benefits of this plant based milk.

Dates, which are another ingredient in this oat milk recipe, are a healthy, non-processed alternative sweetener. If you want to find out all the benefits of dates, I have it listed in my recipe Pina Colada. There, you will find an entire section about all the benefits of dates.
