If you do not have a high speed blender, soak the pumpkin seeds in water at least for 4 hours before making this recipe or overnight, the night before.
After 4 hours, strain the water out of the pumpkin seeds and they will be ready to be blended.
Take the seed out of the dates.
Add all the ingredients to your blender (you may need to split it into two portions).
Blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
Strain using a nut milk bag or any cloth strainer you have available.
